About

Loraine C. Lippolis, PA, MLAS

After a career in healthcare as a surgical Physician Assistant and raising three athletic boys, Loraine Lippolis has spent years developing her culinary skills through the lens of health and sensibility.

In 2022, Loraine completed the Chef coaching program at Harvard University and a Masters degree at Vanderbilt University in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her Capstone project “Wellness Simplified” explored practical solutions for addressing increasing rates of chronic disease afflicting our population. Through her research, it became apparent that our dietary habits, like our dependence on processed and preprepared foods caused by a lack of basic culinary knowledge, play a tremendous role in our health.

As a result of these experiences, Loraine has developed a passion for teaching and educating people on the benefits and joys of home cooking. Through Allora, Loraine hopes to facilitate the home cooking journey, self sufficiency and improved health and well being of people of all ages and circumstances.
